International Patients

Aware of the added complication involved in organizing and monitoring their treatments from abroad, at Phi Fertility we offer our international patients an excellent healthcare service managed by a multilingual team with long experience in accompanying patients in ovarian stimulation or endometrial stimulation.

From the first free, in person or via Skype visit, there will be unlimited consultations to clarify doubts either with the doctors or with our team of nurses in what concerns the administration of medicines.

We guide our patients through the equivalent medications in different countries; we manage their prescriptions so that they have the prescribed medication in time to begin their treatments. We also offer online pharmacy service, in order that they receive at home the medical package if they prefer.

Being in permanent contact with your responsible doctor, we schedule with exact dates the necessary revisions or tests and we remind you of the days in which you should start with each phase of your medical protocol. We also have numerous collaborating centers in several countries that will assist our patients in ultrasound and analytics.

We try therefore to facilitate both the development of treatment in their country of origin as the trip to Alicante for the accomplishment of the treatment. To schedule the trip to our clinic we give the patient a dossier with a tourist guide of the city and a list of hotels and apartments that offer special prices to our international patients. We also provide a transfer service between the airport and the hotels and our clinic.

All our international patients also have a personal coordinator who will follow the guidelines of the doctors to guide them throughout the treatment and assist them, although our international department works as a team and all the coordinators know the development of the treatments of our patients, they will have a coordinator in charge with whom they can establish a close and direct relationship, a deal of trust and closeness that eliminates stress.
